Our company covers a total area of 25,000 square meters and the building area of 28,000 square meters. There are 23 injection molding machines between 80-10000 grams, 3 assembly lines, 2 ultrasonic hot glue machines and salt spray chamber as well as lamp luminous flux test equipment, illuminometer, candle power distribution system and many other control survey devices. With these advanced production equipments and inspection instruments, as well as complete quality control system and production guaranteed system, our company has the annual capacity of 500,000 sets, which are all featured with high grade.
In addition, we have powerful design, research and development ability. We strictly follow GB/T19001-2000 and ISO9001:2000 Quality Standards. Some of our lamps have passed E-MARK and DOT certification.
Our products are used by more than 20 complete vehicle manufacturers, such as Longxin Group, Zongshen Gronp, Qianjiang Group, Dayang, Dayun, Zengcheng Haili Company, Benma, Haojian and Jialing Company.
